Went there on Christmas day. Completely understand that they were busy,we placed an order to go, waited very patiently. Got home and ended up with a list of 14 things that were wrong with our order.

Even though they get busy the staff is super duper kind and helpful! Took a while to get my food and she earned her 20%! I will definitely be back.

The place was short staffed and it showed. After a two hour process, having 2 of the 6 dishes returned, our families left Shari's laughing and still enjoying the evening thanks to the fantastic service of Timothy. He rolled with the punches, cracked jokes with the kids, and he took care of his customers (not just our table but his entire area), even when we were visibily frustrated. We've been coming here for years, and have seen some aspects of their quality control have declined, but they still have great employees who genuinely care about their customers.
